2019 Year in Review | The Music Gallery of Highland Park

2019 has been a truly awesome year for The Music Gallery Academy.
We've modernized our approach to enrollment, technology in lessons, and communication between students, parents, and administration while significantly reducing our paper usage. We've enhanced the experience for our students with better performance opportunities and continual focus on their achievements.
We've upgraded equipment, facilities, and strengthened our connections to the Lake County communities by volunteering our time teaching remotely with the local preschools, businesses, and community events.
Our student body has grown by about 14% since last year, which was enough to force us into larger performance venues with better amenities and an ever-growing talent pool of musicians.
We've had to say goodbye to some of our excellent teachers who have moved on to the next phases of their life. They're pursuing doctorate degrees across the country in some cases and staying musical in the Chicago area in others. We've also had the opportunity to welcome new faces, Jon and Danny, who have demonstrated exemplary ability to teach effectively.
Thank you to all the parents, students, teachers, and partners that have made our 2019 a special year. We hope to see you for more to come!
