This here is the Fender Limited Edition Offset Telecaster Korina Aged Natural. The Offset Telecaster or Telemaster as it was known upon its inception years ago. I was there, man, I was there! A certain former employee of our store deserves most of the credit for this guitar even existing! He dreamt it up then had some master builders at the Fender Custom Shop build them. Years later, we have affordable limited edition versions like this one coming out of Japan!
This guitar has some sweet mentionable's. The Korina body 1st and foremost is a tonewood reversed for its amazing tones but all the lore it has by being associated with the earliest Flying V's and Explorers from Gibson. Korina is like Mahogany with a more open top end so pair it with P90 Pickups makes this like a Gibson Les Paul Special of the late 1950s meets a Tele/Jazzmaster Hybrid! Simple controls make it easy to find the sounds you need.
The neck is made from Korina, carved to a U Shaped, sports a 10" fingerboard radius, Rosewood Fingerboard, 25.5" Scale Length, and 21 Frets.
