The Martin OMC-XIE Acoustic-Electric Guitar in Black is a cost-effective acoustic-electric guitar from the industries leading manufacturer. Despite not being made of traditional tonewoods, this guitar still retains that classic Martin Sound.
Made with HPL (or High-Pressure Laminate) body materials, this guitar is far less susceptible to temperature and humidity shifts. The all-black, satin finish looks exceptionally cool and the body has a smooth and dry feeling rather than being tacky like many full gloss finishes.
The neck is made from laminated Black Birch Strips which is then topped with FSC Certified Richlite. The neck profile is the Performing Artist with the High-Performance Taper. This is a great playing guitar, easy to play no matter your approach.
