This guitar is in on trade and it's a cool piece. The Epiphone 1958 Korina Flying V Electric Guitar is an affordable way to get to try a piece of guitar history. This one is in good shape but has a finish crack up along the headstock as you can see in the pics. This is not in the wood and should not pose a stability threat. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod is functioning properly. Included with the guitar is a hardshell case.
Korina or Limba is an African Wood very similar to Mahogany but typically lighter in weight and very resonant. The body of this Flying V is made with this very wood, typically reserved for very expensive guitars. Other notable touches are the rubber skid plate on the treble side of the body, a pair of Humbuckers, and set-neck design for maximum sustain.
