This Used Martin Custom Shop D-28 Marquis is in on trade and it is in great shape. It is clean, cosmetically and fully functioning. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod is functioning properly. Include with the guitar is the original hardshell case.
This Martin Custom Shop Marquis D-28 has two upgrades from the factory. The Waverly Tuners were an add-on as is the Bridge with the Drop in Saddle as opposed to the glued in saddle.
The Martin D-28 Marquis features some stellar upgrade like an Adirondack Spruce Top and braces along with highly graded East Indian Rosewood. When you build a guitar with such High Grade Components, you get a truly exceptional sounding guitar! Forward Shifted Scalloped Braces allow this guitar to go to 12 or 13, forget about 11!
The Low Profile Profile feels full in the hand. A 1.75" nut width seems perfect for strummer's and fingerpicker's alike while the 25.4" Scale Length helps keep things sounding crisp. Standard Neck Taper offers a fuller feel as you work your way up the neck.
