Used Taylor Custom GS-6 Baritone Acoustic-Electric in Natural 1210190153

Regular price $3,450.00 Sale

This Used Taylor Custom GS-6 Baritone Acoustic-Electric in Natural is in on trade and it is in great shape. It is clean, cosmetically, and fully functioning. Included with this acoustic-electric guitar is the original hardshell case.

A Baritone Acoustic Guitar is as intriguing as it is inspiring. Hearing those lower tuned chords makes hairs stand on end. Sonically, a Baritone can glue bass and a standard tuned guitar together in an incredibly musical way.

The Custom GS-6 features a solid Sitka Spruce Top. This tonewood is the benchmark, the standard from the top material chosen for stringed and fretted instruments. Bright, lively, and resonant, this guitar is also well-balanced, and articulate. The back and sides are made from figured Koa. This tonewood is sourced from Hawaii and keeps getting more expensive. Koa provides a bright tone that is focused and perfect to sing along with.

The neck is made from Neo-Tropical Mahogany and topped with West African Crelicam Ebony. The neck features Taylor's Standard Carve so if you'd played a Taylor and liked it, this guitar will probably feel great too! The nut width is a bit wider than standard at 1.75" to help with the spacing for the larger gauge strings this Baritone requires.

Lots of fine touches elevate this guitar to another level. The Shaded Edge Burst on the back, sides, and neck are easy on the eyes. The Mother of Pearl Large Engraved Diamond Fretboard inlays are striking yet subtle at the same time. Faux Tortoise Binding on the fretboard, Single Ring Paua Rosette, and a Gloss finish on the body give it a strong visual presence,

Nobody treats used guitars as we do at The Music Gallery! Every trade-in goes through an inspection, cleaning, restring and set up before being put out on sale. We even put guitars with bad frets through our Plek machine if need be. If this service piques your interest learn more here or give us a call!
