This Fender® MIJ Traditional '60s Jazzmaster® in Blue Flower is part of the new Made in Japan series and it is breathtaking. From the classic finish to the tasteful vintage-style appointments, this is one groovy offset!
Vintage-looking parts add to the characteristic looks and sound of the original, while the alnico single-coil pickups offer highly dynamic, articulate sound. The Jazzmaster has a unique playing feel due to its standard scale-length and floating tremolo system.
The Blue Flower finish is pleasing and harkens back to an earlier era of the "Summer Of Love" and "Flower Power".
The single coil Jazzmaster pickups are highly dynamic and articulate sounding. The bridge pickup has that coil surf twang that is a bit fuller and warmer sounding than your typical single coil.
The neck pickup has smooth with a rich tone that jazz players will love. The vintage U neck shape features a 7.25" radius and 21 vintage frets. The neck is comfortable and easy to play. Great for chords and more subtle bending.
