This Fender Player Stratocaster, the 2018 version of the Made in Mexico Standard Strat, is finish in the new color Polar White. It has a fast playing, Modern C Shape neck made from Maple. The fretboard is carved to a 9.5" radius, topped with 22 medium jumbo frets, and sports a nut width of 1.650" which provides a fast feeling neck, easy to chord and play lead guitar on in all positions. The pickups are a set of the new Player Series Alnico 5 Single Coils tied to a Master Volume, 2 tone controls and a 5 way switch. This time tested configuration allows for access to all the quintessential Strat tones. Great Spank, Sparkle, and Bite from these pickups. It has a 2 point tremolo for smoother action but the tonal benefits of the Vintage Styled Bent Steel Saddles.
