The Fender 65 Deluxe Reverb 1x12 Combo Guitar Amplifier is a staple of the guitar world. Pair a Tele, Les Paul, Strat, SG, ES-335 and a Deluxe Reverb and no one would bat an eye. It's helped define the sound of MUSIC AS A WHOLE since it's inception and that's pretty cool! You've heard this amp on more recordings than you'll ever know and for a great reason: it captures that Fender sound perfectly, even with nothing more than an SM57 somewhere in the proximity of the grill!
A pair of 6V6 power tubes give you a sweet, bell-like chime on the top end that breaks up when pushed in a very musical way. For lower wattage, American Style breakup, we have always preferred the 6V6. Amp's like the Tweed Deluxe and Princeton Reverb are other wonderful, time-tested amps utilizing this ultra-musical valve.
Tube driven reverb and tremolo are also on board given many players all the 'pedals' they need. Attach the included footswitch and the reverb and trem can be turned on or off with the push of a toe. Since the reverb tank features springs and is run by a tube, you just can't beat it's classic drippy, slappy Fender-ness.
Portable at only 42 pounds, this is the perfect rehearsal amp and platform for your pedalboard. It engages beautifully with many pedals allowing for extreme versatility thru its simplicity. With 2 channel design, channel 1 stays dry and does not have access to the reverb and tremolo circuits, while channel 2 does. Each channel has 2 inputs, one with a pad on it to help avoid clipping from higher output pickups or for just taming the output of the amp.
The Fender Deluxe Reverb exists in several configurations these days and we love them all. From the Hand-Wired 64 Custom to the Tone Master Series, we know these amps inside and out! We try to keep them all in stock but with the Deluxe Reverb being one of our top sellers, they are always coming and going!
