A True Masterpiece from one of Fender's Master Builder's! A early 50's era Telecaster in all regards, minus the Humbucker of course! An Ash Body, teamed with a super fat maple neck, and some brass saddles combine for an unmistakably authentic Fender sound! Aged by Dale Wilson, this guitar looks as authentically vintage as it sounds.
A Seymour Duncan 59 Humbucker in the neck offers fantastic versatility and adds an element of beef to the tonal palette not normally found on a Telecaster. This pickup is married with a Hand Wound Broadcaster Bridge Pickup that perfectly nails the Tele tone's of the 1950's perfectly. Traditional Tele Controls provide access to all the tones in all their glory.
The Neck on this guitar is a Nocaster U Shape but it's not as big as some. Coming in right around .860" at the first fret, this one is way more manageable than those that run 1.0" from nut to butt. 6100 Frets and a 9.5" radius make this one sweet playing guitar. The fingerboard is heavily worn as is the back of the neck, giving this guitar a perfectly broken in feel on both sides of the neck.
