Siris sounds like it should be an alien planet not a type of wood! The back and sides of this Martin DRSG are made of Siris. Siris is a wonderful sounding tonewood that has a clear midrange and sparkling treble with nice overtones and a longer sustain than Rosewood. Combined with the Sitka Spruce top and the Fishman® Sonitone system and you have a great guitar for studio or stage.
