This Used 1975 A Lo Prinzi LM12 Acoustic Guitar in Natural is here on consignment. It was originally purchased from us in 1976 and has been with its original owner ever since. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case. The body shows some play-wear along with some weather checking.
This guitar features a dreadnaught body shape, a spruce top, and maple back and sides. It has a big-bodied sound that is crisp and focused. Maple has a bit more of a dry sound, like mahogany in that it doesn't throw crazy harmonics all over the room. The tone beams out from this guitar and would do well in the studio.
It has a C-shaped neck, 1 and 11/16" nut width, 25 and 3/8" scale length, and 2.25" string spacing. The neck is made from Mahogany, the fingerboard is ebony, and the bridge is made of some very nice-looking rosewood (likely Brazilian, as is the headstock overlay).
Nobody treats used guitars as we do at The Music Gallery! Every trade-in goes through an inspection, gets cleaned, then some fresh strings, and a full set-up before being put up for sale. We often even put guitars with worn frets through our Plek machine if need be! Rest assured, any Used Guitar from The Music Gallery has certainly passed its physical!v
