The Carr Viceroy is a distinctly American, tube amplifier designed to deliver a full range of clean and overdriven sounds for home, stage and studio. It runs a pair of 6L6 tubes in Class A for 33 watts, but is switchable down to 7. The vibe from The Viceroy is explosive and yields a pushed, ready-to-jump feel. It distorts in a very Tweedish way when cranked and the clean tone is gorgeous and dimensional. The 1x12 combo cabinet features dovetailed, Solid Pine construction and is also wonderfully compact.
