This Used Fender Blues Junior IV Combo Amplifier is in on trade and it is in great shape. The amp is clean in terms of cosmetics, and it is fully functioning. The tolex is free from any wear and tear and the amp passed its playtest.
Amps running less than 30 watts seem all the rage today. No Fender Amp has been grabbed-and-gone so much as the Blue Junior. In fact, they are on the 4th iteration of the model, having been refined numerous times over the years. Loud enough for small bands, quiet enough for at-home play, and with an effective enough Master Volume to make this thing work anywhere!
An EL-84 Power Section helps this small-yet-mighty combo amp cut through the mix. A simple list of onboard controls is easy to navigate, in fact, it's hard to get a bad sound out of the Blues Junior! A trio of 12AX7 Preamp Tubes allows for the perfect amount of gain. This is no heavy metal amp but it does everything else quite well!
There is not much bad to say about the Blues Junior and Fender's dedication to improving upon it over the years is proof positive that it is worth all the attention. But hey, it's just Fender's best selling amp of all time!
