This Gibson Historic '62 Kalamazoo ES-335 Block Vintage Sunburst is in on trade and it is in great shape. It is clean, cosmetically, and fully functioning. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod is functioning properly. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.

The Gibson Memphis ES-335, since its introduction in 1958, has been a crucial part of the guitar world. A time-tested, legendary player approved guitar, and some of the finest 335's ever made came from Gibson’s factory in Kalamazoo, MI (the current home to Heritage Guitars). Other components are a rounded early-‘60s neck that features tubeless truss rods for increased sustain, hand-wired Memphis Historic Series humbucking pickups, a 3-ply maple/poplar/maple body with quarter-sawn Adirondack spruce bracing and center block for excellent sustain and resonance with minimal feedback, and a high-gloss lacquer finish.

The Rounded Early 60's C Shaped Neck Profile is carved from quarter-sawn mahogany and then topped with a dark A Grade piece of Rosewood. The fingerboard is then bound and inlaid with small blocks.

Nobody treats used guitars as we do at The Music Gallery! All trade in's go through an inspection, cleaning, resting, and set up before being put out on sale. We even put guitars with bad frets through our Plek machine if need be. If this service piques your interest learn more here or give us a call!
