This Used 1965 Gibson SG Junior in Cherry is here on consignment. Aside from a refret that we did here, the guitar has all original parts. After the refret, the neck is perfectly straight, the frets are perfectly crowned, and the guitar plays perfectly! Included with the guitar is a non-original hardshell case that provides much more protection than the original lizard skin chipboard case it came with. We have found evidence of 2 tremolo arms on this era SG. This version and the one with the "Walrus Tusk" piece of plastic at the end on this era SG. it.
This model was originally thought of as A Student Model that has gone on to become quite the collectible!
