This Used 1997 Martin Limited Edition 00-16DB Deep Body Women and Music Acoustic Guitar is here on consignment. Cosmetically, the guitar is in great shape with nothing negative worth mentioning. It's been treated very well over the past almost 30 years! The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod functions properly. Included with this guitar is the original hardshell case.
Only 97 of this model were made back in 1997. This one is numbered #48 on the interior label. It is a rare Limited Edition model, so rare that this is the 1st we've ever seen!
This 00-size body has some added depth, which gives it a bigger, bassier sound. It has a shockingly big tone for its dimensions. The tonewood combo of spruce and mahogany provides a timeless tone. With its slotted headstock, this guitar certainly would be of interest to the finger-picker.
