Return Policy
Returns must be arranged within 48 hours of receiving an item. Item must be in the same condition it arrived and not have accrued any wear while in your possession. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs BOTH WAYS on any return. This amount will be deducted from your refund. You must call or email to begin the Return Process. DO NOT return a package without establishing contact first. This will delay your refund.
There is a 3% restocking fee on any returns involving a credit card to cover non-refunded transaction fees. We would prefer this not be the case but have adopted this policy since payment processors no longer refund their transaction fees. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
An item damaged in transit requires a claim with the guilty Shipping Service. A Claim will require some effort from both You and Us and we ask for your cooperation during the process. Please call us at 847-432-6350 or email to start this process.
