This set of Hand Wound Tomatillo Telecaster single-coil pickups shares the same lineage as Fender's Ancho Poblano and El Diablo pickups and delivers a sweet flavorful tone. Clean-sounding, with plenty of chime, the Tomatillo pickups are crafted around alnico 2 magnets, simulating what an aged alnico 5 pickup from the ‘50s might sound like today. An open coil neck pickup adds a bit of high-end sparkle to the neck position.
