Its double-cutaway maple body features a chambered spruce center block, combining dynamic resonance and high-gain performance with a lightweight, comfortable feel.
Dual Black Top Broad'Tron™ humbucking pickups deliver chiming highs with a dynamic, articulate character and plenty of sonic punch. The versatile control layout includes a master volume with treble bleed circuit, master tone control, individual volume controls for each pickup, and a three-position pickup toggle switch, giving players plenty of control over the guitar's tonal range.
The G5622T is equipped with an anchored Adjusto-Matic™ bridge and a Bigsby® B70 vibrato tailpiece, along with a Graph Tech® NuBone® nut and distinctive G-arrow knobs. Together, these appointments deliver dependable performance while reinforcing the classic Gretsch aesthetic.
Several striking finishes are available, including Imperial Stain, Orange Stain, Single Barrel Burst (NEW), and Speyside (NEW), all featuring a gold pickguard and gold pickup bezels. Aspen Green, Dark Cherry Metallic, and Georgia Green versions feature a silver pickguard and silver pickup bezels. All models are finished with nickel hardware.
