This Used 1981 Epiphone Emperor F Hollowbody in Sunburst is here on consignment. After a plek job on the frets, and a thorough clean-up and set-up, this guitar is playing fantastically! The neck is straight, the frets are perfectly crowned, and the truss rod is functioning properly. Included with the guitar is a hardshell case.
This is one of those guitars that punches well above its weight class. It's a large-bodied Hollowbody guitar, constructed out of laminated woods that sounds phenomenal plugged in or unplugged. Its strong acoustic tone is impressive, large, and well-balanced.
The bridge pickup is a Gibson Humbucker, though we are not sure of the model/year. The neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan.
