Every so often, the Fender Custom Shop releases a small batch of Handwound Pickups. Their current Master Pickup Winder is Josefina Campos, and her latest set is the Red Hot Telecaster Pickups, which have previously only been available in a few Custom Shop guitars.

Featuring flush-mounted alnico 5 magnets in the bridge position and alnico 2 magnets in the neck, these pickups are designed to push an amp into beautiful overdrive while maintaining classic Telecaster clarity."
