This Used 1975 Fender Precision Bass in Vintage White is here on consignment. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod functions properly. The nut was changed to brass somewhere along the way, as was the style at the time. Included with the bass is the original hardshell case.
This bass has patina'ed perfectly over the years, and it has that Buttery look that is too die for! Paired with the Tortoise Pickguard, this is an absolutely stunning-looking instrument. Everything on the bass is original except for the brass nut. The pots date to the 51st week of 1974. This bass is from the collection of George MacPhail, our tech since 1975, the same year this bass was made!
