You want a guitar wrapped in GOLD? Well, here ya go! This stunner was built by Todd Krause, builder for Clapton, Jeff Beck, KWS, and an endless list of other legendary guitar players.
The guitar itself is a pure Clapton Strat in every way, shape, and form, then it's finished in the insanely cool Gold Leaf Finish, which, until you see it in person, can't be fully appreciated! Insanely difficult to apply and supremely cool, the Gold Leaf always stops people in their tracks.
The highly figured maple neck is on FIRE! The fretboard is rolled perfectly, the fret ends are hot-dogged perfectly, and this is one of the finest playing guitars we have on the wall right now. Todd Krause delivers nothing but the finest and this is a perfect representation of what he delivers every single time. The Clapton Soft V Neck, teamed with Vintage frets and a 9.5" radius, yields very low action and a fast playing surface.
Typical Clapton Electronics consists of a set of Vintage Noiseless Pickups, along with the special mid-boost control that makes this guitar go from spanky clean to a full-on rip-roaring beast! It's about as sonically versatile as a Strat can be, thanks to that one little control. On the Masterbuilt version, we get them without the TBX tone control, as that is how Clapton has been getting them in more recent years. A master volume, master tone, and a 5-way pickup selector round out the electronic controls.
This is it. This is where it ends. It doesn't get any better, cooler, or bigger than having an Eric Clapton Signature Strat, built by Eric Clapton's current builder, finished in actual Gold Leaf. I mean, come on!
