This Used 1967 Fender Custom Telecaster in 3 Tone Sunburst is here on consignment. This Vintage Tele is all original except for the decal. When it arrived here, there was no decal on the headstock so we procured the correct reproduction and put it on. It also has a newer 3 way switch and the tone capacitor is not original. Aside from that, the guitar is stock! The neck is straight, the frets are decent for their age/size, and the truss rod functions properly. The body shows some dings and dents along with some light rashing on the back. There are a few discolorations on the binding and a split in the binding that was likely reglued at some point. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case.
Overall, this is a really nice example of a Tele Custom from the late 1960s, with its double-bound very rare Ash Body. The slim C-shaped neck is perfectly comfy and broken in. The fingerboard looks great and carries a 7.25" radius and vintage frets. The pickups sound fantastic, bright but with the perfect bite. The bridge has threaded steel saddles.
Some super choice Vintage Guitars have been making their way in on consignment lately. Make sure to act fast as they haven't been sticking around for long!
