This Used 2020 Fender 60th Anniversary Jazz Bass Guitar in Arctic Pearl is here on trade. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod functions properly. Sixty years after its original introduction, the 60th Anniversary Jazz Bass celebrates that enduring design with a limited-edition model that captures the character, tone, and feel of the original.
Two Pure Vintage '62 pickups provide the classic Jazz Bass® voice, delivering bell-clear highs and deep, musical low end that work equally well across a wide range of musical styles. The bass also features a pair of concentric volume and tone controls, allowing independent control over the blend and character of each pickup. This configuration was found on some of the earliest Jazz Bass models produced from 1960 to 1962.
The 60th Anniversary Jazz Bass features an alder body paired with a maple neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. A bone nut, vintage-correct 7.25" radius, and vintage tall frets contribute to its traditional feel, while the fast and comfortable '60s "U" neck profile provides a distinctly period-inspired playing experience.
The lacquer finish in Arctic Pearl is complemented by a tortoiseshell pickguard, white binding on the neck, and a matching headcap, giving the bass a distinctive appearance that blends vintage styling with a striking modern finish.
Each 60th Anniversary Jazz Bass includes a deluxe vintage-style case featuring 60th anniversary embroidery, along with a certificate of authenticity.
