This Used 2009 Gibson Custom Shop 50th Anniversary 1959 Les Paul Reissue in Vintage Burst is here on consignment. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod functions properly. Included with the guitar are the original hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.
Modifications were executed by Tim Schroeder and include a set of Tyson Tone Pickups TT2-2 Humbuckers, the bridge pieces have been swapped to Tone Pros Locking, the pots are Bourns, the caps are Schroeder Custom, it has a a Bone Nut, and the output jack plate was swapped to metal. The original wiring harness is included, the original pickups ARE NOT. The G tuner peg is bent, though it still works.
This guitar was played a fair amount, hence all the mods. It's a great guitar with plenty of life left in it, it just isn't in pristine collector's shape anymore. 3 of the 4 knobs have cracks in them. There is a ding in the headstock and some light scratches on the body.
