A Maple neck with a Maple Fingerboard comes stock with the color Buttercream. This adds a strong attack on notes that is bright, bold, and easy to pick up in the mix. The neck is carved to a modern C profile that is very comfortable. This neck is on the thin side as the Player Series is geared towards a younger crowd. However, we have found players of all ages gravitate to this wonderful series from Fender because the necks feel pretty awesome no matter what constructs you subscribe to. A 9.5" fingerboard radius and 22 medium-jumbo frets make this a very playable guitar. Big bends, vibrato, slick licks, all of it is easy! 1.650 Nut Width and 25.5" scale offer that familiar Fender Feel.

Fat, round low end sits next to well-controlled and tapered mid-range, with a bell-like chime on the top end equals that unmistakable Fender sound thanks to its trio of Player Series Single-Coil Pickups.
