This Used 2016 Taylor 810E Deluxe Acoustic-Electric in Natural is here on trade. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod functions properly. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case.
The 810e DLX utilizes a Sitka Spruce top paired with Indian Rosewood for the sides and back (and pickguard), featuring Maple binding for the body and neck. The rosette is Abalone. The body blocks and neck are Mahogany, and the bridge, bound fingerboard, and head plate are Crelicam Ebony (Diospyros crassiflora).
This model also includes an arm rest, based on the design developed by renowned Canadian luthier William Laskin. The arm rest here uses a shallower and softer angle than the 45-degree angle Laskin normally uses, but it is still an improvement over the sharp edge of a dreadnought.
For hardware, the Taylor 810e DLX is equipped with a set of Gotoh 510 tuners at the headstock, one of the smoothest and most accurate tuning gears available.
Regarding electronics, the Taylor ES Expression System is factory stock, with the controls mounted next to the bass side of the heel and the battery pack mounted on a holder installed to the end block, along with the output jack.
