The body is made from Alder, the most often used tonewood throughout the history of Fender. Finished in Blue Marlin with a Matching Headstock, this is one of the coolest-looking Strats we have seen in quite some time!
The neck is made from 1 piece of Maple and carved to a Mid-60s C Profile. A 9.5" fingerboard radius and Vintage Tall Frets make this a highly-playable Strat, no matter the position. 1.65" nut width and 25.5" scale length add to the familiar feel. A Satin Back of the neck Finish keeps things smooth and dry.
A set of Fender Vintage Noiseless Single Coil Pickups are the same you'll hear in the Eric Clapton Strat. These pickups capture the vintage goodness but with none of the 60-cycle hum, making them great in any and all situations. A master volume, 2 tone controls, and a 5-way pickup selector switch.
