We really don't understand how a guitar like this can be made at such a price point. We start with a Vintera Series guitar, which are some of the finest to ever have been produced in the Ensenada Mexico Factory. Then they finish them in Nitrocellulose lacquer instead of Polyurethane. THEN they age the finishes and necks so that that a "Relic" is available at just about 20% of a Custom Shop version!
The neck is made from Maple and shaped to a Mid 60s C profile. The fingerboard is made from Pau Ferro and carries a 7.25" fingerboard radius for a truly authentic vintage playing experience. 21 Vintage Tall Frets provide enough height to keep your fingers off the board. 25.5" scale length and 1.650" nut width provide a classic feeling Fender.
Electronics-wise, we have a set of Vintage Style 60s Single Coil Hot pickups installed. These pickups are steeped in Fender's tonal history but beefed up with extra output to cover more genres. A master volume, 2 tone controls, and a 5-way pickup selector switch cover the details.
