This Used 2014 Epiphone E230TD Inspired by John Lennon 1965 Casino Hollowbody is in on trade and it is in great shape. It is clan, cosmetically and it is fully functioning. The neck is straight, the rest are still crowned, and the truss rod is functioning properly. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case.
The Epiphone Casino is a killer guitar without the John Lennon association. Add his name to the mix and we enter the realm of collectibility! These Inspired by Guitars from Epiphone were quite desirable when they first were announced and they have gone on to be one of their more appreciated Casino guitars.
The neck is made from Mahogany and features a rounded C profile. The fingerboard is made from Rosewood and is bound. The neck of a Casino adheres to the body higher up on the neck so your upper fret access is somewhat limited by the neck block. Just like on a Gibson ES-330.
Loaded with a pair of Gibson P-90 pickups, this guitar sounds absolutely fantastic. No upgrade in the pickup department is needed! Each pickup has its own volume and tone controls and is accessible on its own or in tandem via the 3-way pickup toggle.
Nobody treats used guitars as we do at The Music Gallery! Every trade-in goes through an inspection, gets cleaned, then some fresh strings, and a full set-up before being put up for sale. We often even put guitars with worn frets through our Plek machine if need be! Rest assured, any Used Guitar from The Music Gallery has certainly passed its physical!
