This Used 2015 PRS 12 String Hollowbody 10 Top in McCarty Sunburst is here on consignment and it is in great shape. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod is functioning properly. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case. This feather weight guitar weighs in at 5 lbs 9 oz.
Easily the most playable 12 string guitar, the PRS 12 String electric is truly sent from above. There has never been a more playable 12 string or one that allows for far more articulate arpeggiating than the most renowned 12 string, I just don't get how they did it!
This guitar features a 10 Top which means the figuring in the Maple is certainly above average. This one has some wider flames, that stay nice and tight all over the top. Expertly matched, this is one of those tops that will hold your attention. The Double F-Holes help lighten the load and add a stringer acoustic element to this guitar. The back is made from Mahogany and is chambered out to continue on with the Hollowbody mindset.
A split saddle bridge allows for exact intonation, something just about every other 12 manufacturers has failed at. Sure, there are some bridges out there that have the 12 saddles, it's just they don't work well. This one does. What else would you expect from PRS?
