This Used Timothy Bram Tribute Arch Top No 8 in Blonde 4-17 is here on consignment. The guitar is in absolutely fantastic shape with nothing negative to mention. The neck is straight, the frets are still crowned, and the truss rod functions properly. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case.
This is our 1st Tim Bram model and every one of the employees here is astounded with the quality of this guitar. It's acoustically louder and more resonant than an L-5 and the L-4 we currently have. Its understated beauty is impossible to ignore and the longer you look at it, the more you'll fall in love with it.
A carved, spruce top is paired with figured maple back and sides. This guitar has a bright acoustic tone that is also well-balanced across the frequency spectrum. The neck is also made of figured maple and it is topped with an Ebony fingerboard. The headstock overlay is also made of Ebony, as are the bridge, tail piece, truss rod cover, and pickguard.
A single, floating custom wound neck humbucker is tied to some discreet controls under the treble-side of the pickguard. While many players would consider this a Jazz-Box, and it most certainly qualified for that, it sounds fantastic in any cleaner amp setting scenario.
